I have a new growth edge in my capacity as CEO of a nascent perfume company. It is being more annoying. Pestering vendors to stay on track, insisting that things can be done better and more quickly, getting people to commit to firm dates rather than telling me that something will be ready in “8-10 weeks.” This is something I’ve resolved to get better at…
