That was lovely to read. I was simultaneously taken aback by and not surprised by the gaslighting being the most tortuous thing. Being denied your version of reality..... Yeah that feel uggghh..

ditto and to think without chris duffys guidance here i would have never had the opportunity to add to an already untenable list of subscriptions which blows up the email inbox to the point where i actually believe i have friends...is it possible to "gaslight" oneself?

Reading your story was like coming across a car crash - both frightening and irresistible to watch. I leave it with mixed feelings, but mostly wanting to think of a good torture myself.
